2.2 Subscription & Payment
• Plans operate on a rolling monthly basis.
• Payment is taken automatically via the method provided at sign-up.
• If payment fails, we will attempt to contact you.
• If payment remains outstanding for more than 14 days, we reserve the right to suspend services.
• Services may resume once payment is received in full.

2.3 Cancellation
• You may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice.
• Cancellation must be submitted in writing.
• No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
• Upon cancellation, we will provide a full website backup on request.
We will provide reasonable cooperation during migration to another provider. Substantial work beyond standard cooperation may be chargeable at our standard hourly rate.

• Ensuring you hold appropriate rights to images, text and media
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
We are not responsible for client-provided content, copyright infringement, regulatory breaches or claims arising from materials supplied by you.

2.6 Performance & SEO
Where performance monitoring or SEO checks are included, these are advisory in nature.
We do not guarantee:
• Specific search engine rankings
• Traffic levels
• Lead generation outcomes
Search performance is influenced by many external factors beyond our control.

2.7 Uptime & Infrastructure
While we use reliable hosting infrastructure, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We are not liable for downtime caused by:
• Third-party hosting providers
• Plugin conflicts
• Software updates
• External platform outages
• Force majeure events

2.8 Third-Party Software
Websites built on WordPress or other platforms rely on third-party software. We are not responsible for:

2.9 Client Delays

Hosting and subscription fees continue regardless of client inactivity.

2.11 Pricing Changes

2.12 Limitation of Liability (Services)

• We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, data or opportunity.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss.
• Our total liability under any hosting or maintenance plan is limited to the fees paid by you in the previous three months.

2.13 Separate Project Agreements
Ownership of intellectual property relating to website builds, branding or creative work is governed by separate project agreements and is not altered by these hosting terms.
