From Coding Provider to Digital Skills Partner

The Coders Guild is a national digital training provider delivering apprenticeships, bootcamps and commercial tech programmes. As the organisation expanded, their brand and website no longer reflected the scale or direction of the business.

 

They had outgrown their identity.

A Brand That Carries More Weight

The original brand felt smaller and more niche than the organisation had become. It didn’t fully communicate their credibility, breadth of offer or long-term ambition.

 

We developed a refined identity that feels clearer, more confident and more established. Typography, colour and layout were brought into a cohesive system that works across digital and print.

 

The result is a brand that better represents who they are today.

Designed for Learners and Employers

The website needed to support two distinct audiences without overwhelming either.

 

We redesigned and rebuilt the site with a clearer structure, simplified messaging and a more intuitive user journey. Complex information is easier to navigate, and the overall experience feels more professional and aligned with their growth.

Practical by Design

Alongside the rebrand and website, we created a range of graphic design and marketing assets to support ongoing campaigns and communications.

 

From reusable templates to campaign materials, the system was designed to work day to day, not just at launch.

We recently worked with Danny and the team at LGJ on a full rebrand and couldn’t be happier with the results. From the outset, they really took the time to understand what we needed – not just in terms of design, but in how the brand would actually work for us day-to-day.

 

When the first round of ideas didn’t quite hit the mark, they didn’t just go back to the drawing board – they guided us through how to give the kind of feedback that would get us there. And it worked. The next iteration landed really well, and from that point things moved quickly and smoothly.

 

The support throughout was excellent. Always responsive, always open to our input, and always thinking a step ahead.

 

Since the rebrand, we’ve continued working with them on a range of assets – from websites to campaign materials – and what’s stood out is how practical and thoughtful their design work is. It’s not just about looking good in one moment, but making sure we’ve got templates and tools we can actually use again and again.
