The New Inn in Appletreewick is a well-loved Yorkshire pub with a strong reputation for good food, warm hospitality and a setting that’s hard to beat. After new owners took over, the business needed a refreshed brand and website that reflected their vision and the quality of what they offer. They wanted something modern and welcoming that still felt grounded in the character of the Dales.

Building the brand

We created a simple, confident identity that balances modern design with the character of the Dales. The new brand system works across menus, signage, social content and printed materials, giving the pub a clear and consistent look. It feels fresh without losing the warmth and familiarity that regulars expect.

Bringing the website to life

The website redesign focused on clarity and ease of use. We built a clean, mobile-friendly site that highlights the food, rooms and setting in a way that feels inviting and honest. Clear layouts, strong photography and straightforward navigation give visitors everything they need, from menus to room details and booking info, while keeping the experience relaxed and simple.

Supporting the team day to day

We continue to work with the New Inn on a regular basis, producing social content, photography, video and marketing materials that help them stay visible and consistent online.
